In 2001, Alexandra Gillespie, M.D., left her position as Director of Cytology at Baylor University Medical Center with a vision – to provide exemplary pathology services to clinicians with the same level of personal care they extend to their patients.
Seeing a disconnect between impersonal big-box labs and the intimate doctor/patient relationship, Dr. Gillespie founded PathAdvantage to fill that gap, addressing those areas that matter most to patients and their providers: accurate, detailed results and fast turnaround.

We avoid exclusivity agreements, ensuring our testing is covered by all eligible insurance plans and programs. We believe patients shouldn’t have to go to more than one lab for results.

Terri Morgan
Terri is a native Texan and Dallasite and has been with PathAdvantage since 2008. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Shortly after college, Terri’s career took her to Sydney, Australia, and to London in the United Kingdom for 5 years. Terri has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management and loves PathAdvantage. She has a true passion for women’s health and is committed to taking great care of PathAdvantage’s physician clients and their patients.
Terri lives in Frisco and is married to a Civil Engineer, and they have 2 daughters. She enjoys watching her girls play sports and other activities and loves to travel the globe. Terri also enjoys exercising and being outdoors with her 2 dogs.
Robert Adams
Rob is from Fort Worth and has been with PathAdvantage since 2013. He was awarded a football scholarship from Texas Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications. Rob is passionate about PathAdvantage and has been dedicated to improving the lives of female patients working with OBGYN doctors in the DFW area since 2002. Prior to joining PathAdvantage, he represented Roche Diagnostics amongst other women’s health organizations.
Rob lives in Aledo and enjoys traveling with his wife, restoring classic cars, and volunteer coaching youth football in his spare time. In 2012, his Springtown Orange team won the North Central Texas Pee Wee Football Championship defeating NFL coach Sean Payton’s Liberty Christian Warriors.
